Registration refunds will be considered on the following basis:

Full Refund (minus credit card processing fees) will be granted if requested BEFORE uniforms are ordered, which generally happens 4 weeks before the first game of the season.

50% Refund (minus credit card processing fees) of registration fees will be granted if requested after uniforms are ordered and prior to the 2nd game of the season. All lettered jerseys are NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUND will be granted if requested request after the 2nd game of the season due to the need to cover incurred fixed costs.

NO REFUND will be provided for participants whose season has been terminated or suspended due to their parent/or guardian violating the Parent Code of Conduct.

This policy is subject to exceptions in cases such as properly documented season ending injuries, or other emergency situations. These situations will be up to Chase Sports' sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as a future credit.

Refunds can only be requested by parents/guardians listed on the account associated with the registration. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card that was used to purchase the registration being refunded. Chase Sports is unable to issue a refund via check or cash.

Force Majeure

Chase Sports shall not be liable or responsible for refunds for failure, cancellation, suspension, postponement, delay, or shortening in services resulting from a Force Majeure Event, inclusive of causes beyond it’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; field closures; labor disputes; equipment failure; war; terrorism; riot; acts of civil or military authorities; epidemics; pandemics; floods; fires; unusual severe weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the registration was made.
